This 16,500 SF, indoor/outdoor pickleball facility brings a state-of-the-art sports and recreation space to the local community. Featuring indoor/outdoor courts, heated sidewalks, turf areas, and acoustical fencing, the project delivered year-round recreation with minimal disruption to operations and thoughtful integration into the surrounding community.

Story

Advantage Millwork supported this project, which had the concept noted as “one judge, one family,” by manufacturing and fabricating all the cabinetry, countertops, wood trim, and wood veneer panels.  The efforts of these craftsman will be seen for years to come in this great facility!

Ada Hotel was a unique and challenging project. It was truly a team effort for Händorn. There wasn’t a single person who didn’t have a hand in getting the product completed and delivered. Every detail at Ada Hotel, from floor to ceiling, is a must-see in person!

Grand Valley Automation installed and programmed a complex damper control system for a new generator building at Gerald R. Ford International Airport. The system supports four diesel generators by sequencing large banks of dampers to open rapidly, ensuring safe startup and proper airflow. Precise interlocking was critical to system performance.
