Olive’s restaurant underwent a six-week renovation, transforming both floors. The update included refreshed dining areas and restrooms, with the first floor also receiving a revamped bar area. Pioneer Millwork provided expert millwork and finishes, while Jean Stoffer of “The Established Home” on the Magnolia Network led the sophisticated design.

Windemuller’s OU team undertook electrical requirements for site lighting, gates, and irrigation. ATS for the generator ensures continuous power to the facility.
