Buist was the Design Assist partner for construction of the new Otter Air Service facility, an air carrier in Grand Rapids, MI providing concierge private air transportation. Buist installed all low voltage IT network infrastructure, audio visual, and physical security, incorporating many elements into a single system for the end-user.

GVA installed easy to use access controls, surveillance, intercoms, networking, and nurse call systems. All systems needed little to no reoccurring fee and could all simultaneously be viewed/access from a mobile device.

Story

Grand Valley Automation completed a HVAC control system renovation for Interurban Transit Partnership, The Rapid. The HVAC controls include low voltage wiring, a vast array of sensors to properly control the HVAC equipment in the building. Part of the renovation included retrofitting from gas fired heat to hot water heat.
