Erhardt transformed a former college building into the Children’s Healing Center’s new headquarters, creating a safe, engaging space for immunocompromised children. The project included renovated play areas, a gym, café, and offices, with a hospital-grade HVAC system ensuring clean air. Early collaboration ensured a smooth design-build process.
