Story

This was a 21,000 SF office space build-out for Vervint, formerly Open System Technologies. The new buildout consisted of a variety of high-end finishes. New spaces in the office include cafe, large learning center, open office areas, private break out rooms, and plenty of inviting collaboration spaces.

Rockford renovated the fourth floor to accommodate the full-service salon and spa, boasting high-end finishes and the ultimate experience of tranquility. The remodel included treatment rooms, dry sauna, hair salon and nail salon, along with indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
