Story

A complete re-imagining of a cornerstone in the Holland community, equipping library with new study rooms, maker space, and children’s zones. A three-story floating staircase with natural light and a fireplace reading nook became the heart of the project, combining accessibility, creativity, and craftsmanship in a vibrant community centerpiece.

The Lexington School Apartments transformed the 1915 school into 39 affordable senior homes. After years of stalled project plans, CarbonSix Construction committed to collaborate on creative solutions, delivering a restored historic landmark that met the owner’s vision, blending innovation and lasting community impact.
