Story

Erhardt transformed a former college building into the Children’s Healing Center’s new headquarters, creating a safe, engaging space for immunocompromised children. The project included renovated play areas, a gym, café, and offices, with a hospital-grade HVAC system ensuring clean air. Early collaboration ensured a smooth design-build process.

DeWys Metal Solutions, a locally owned sheet metal fabricator and manufacturing company, nearly tripled the size of their Marne, MI, headquarters with this expansion and renovation. The added space houses a C-suite to consolidate DeWys’ leadership team, as well as new conference rooms and upgraded work stations.

Rockford transformed a vacant downtown Grand Rapids building into a unique restaurant and bar with state-of-the-art golf simulators. The venue, with a 350-person capacity, features two simulators on the first floor and seven upstairs, plus options for virtual sports and games like soccer, tennis, and zombie dodgeball.

Blending contemporary design, sustainability, and accessibility, the space honors Waldo Stadium’s legacy while supporting the university’s advancement goals with flexible seating, premium finishes, and panoramic views of campus and field.

This 4,500 SF addition features performance studios, dressing rooms, and a sundial-inspired red façade. Harlequin spring flooring ensures dancer safety and efficiency, while bold architecture bridges campus styles—mirroring the movement and expression at the heart of Hope College’s thriving dance program.
