DeWys Metal Solutions, a locally owned sheet metal fabricator and manufacturing company, nearly tripled the size of their Marne, MI, headquarters with this expansion and renovation. The added space houses a C-suite to consolidate DeWys’ leadership team, as well as new conference rooms and upgraded work stations.

Story

Erhardt transformed a former college building into the Children’s Healing Center’s new headquarters, creating a safe, engaging space for immunocompromised children. The project included renovated play areas, a gym, café, and offices, with a hospital-grade HVAC system ensuring clean air. Early collaboration ensured a smooth design-build process.

Peace Church underwent a redesign and expansion of their campus. Our team assisted Peace Church in documenting their needs and developing a plan to accommodate their growth. One of the goals for this project was to expand the sanctuary from 600 seats to now 1,200 seats.

Pioneer Construction completed a $7 million interior renovation at Gun Lake Casino, transforming three areas into a new bar and lounge, a high-limit gaming room, and the Lucky Dragon Noodle Bar—all within an active casino environment and in coordination with a concurrent major expansion.

Story

Buist Sheet Metal fabricated and installed a traditional double locked standing seam metal roof, providing protection from the elements for the second 85 years of this Holland icon. The rebuilt Ottawa Beach General Store mimics the historic building that was replaced and features clean lines across hips and slope changes.
