Wolverine Building Group’s design-build process expedited this nearly 200,000 SF facility for Specialty Tooling Systems, with Honeycrisp Ventures. The team was able to hit occupancy goals within nine months for the advanced manufacturing components systems group.

Windemuller managed a comprehensive electrical distribution system for buildings at the Kent County Road Commission – Central Complex including the 150,000 SF maintenance facility that serves as a hub for all equipment. Windemuller’s OU team undertook electrical requirements for site lighting, gates, and irrigation. ATS for the generator ensures continuous power to the facility.
