Treetops Collective, a Grand Rapids based non-profit focused on creating welcome, community and purpose for refugee women, enlisted Wolverine Building Group to renovate a former warehouse into offices, event space, co-work labs and a children’s play area. The newly renovated space expanded the essential services of this growing organization.

The CFM Capital renovation in downtown Holland exemplifies a fusion of modern utility and natural elegance, transforming a traditional workspace to home-like sanctuary. Lakewood Construction’s bespoke walnut craftsmanship and logistical choreography in an urban setting created a sophisticated, welcoming environment as a model of design excellence and collaborative achievement.

Olive’s restaurant underwent a six-week renovation, transforming both floors. The update included refreshed dining areas and restrooms, with the first floor also receiving a revamped bar area. Pioneer Millwork provided expert millwork and finishes, while Jean Stoffer of “The Established Home” on the Magnolia Network led the sophisticated design.
