EV renovated the Wolverine Worldwide Annex, originally constructed in the 1960s. The project, also referred to as “The Factory,” began with selective demolition and proceeded to the reconstruction of private offices and open areas, conference rooms, a café and satellite pantry, an exterior courtyard, and more.
